John & Ali start grip training

Most bodybuilders don't realize or value enough the importance of a powerful grip.  We're not talking "big forearms"; we're talking actual grip strength.  A strong grip helps every lift go up – even those lifts that may seem, on the surface, to be intuitively irrelevant to grip strength.

John & Ali were brought through some grip building basics early in strength training.  It was amazing to see big beasts face a new challenge for the first time.
