Around the gym and physique sports world there are lots of dudes who decry "scientific facts" as their explanation. Yet convincing scientific facts promoted out of context have a name: fad.  And this new podcast we discovered, "Science Vs.", is one of the best listens you can have to clear up whether the verdict on an idea is in or out.  

While the show approaches all sorts of science, they have already hit things like the Paleo Diet and "is sugar bad for you," proving that this show's research and context-driven approach is the missing weapon in most lifter's armada's.
