Stretching is not always good. ("Science" says so.)

This is actually a nifty little compendium of science facts from the SCIENCEasap Channel on YouTuibe (which is full of dun science tidbits for the ADD-attention span), this one regarding the relationship of stretching to sport types. Alex (Next Level Spring '14 Team) shared this gem with his team, and we found it Snoop-worthy.  

Now, before you get all wrinkled, they do not ever say that "science" says stretching is wrong or bad for you.  But they do offer some insights into the proximity of time you should leave between stretching work and power sports (like lifting), as well as some interesting notions on how people can potentially get more hurt by being too flexibility-obsessed.
