1930's weight training still holds credible.

Silas (Next Level Spring '13) shared this little gem.  It is a book (actually, two small books published as one tome) from circa 1930 about lifting called "Barbell Exercise and Muscle Control," by authors Keshub Ch. Sen Gupta and Bishnu Charan Ghosh.  One was a BAchelors of Arts and the other a Bachelors of Science – which we at the PhysiQademy LOVE because so much of good bodybuilding is the result of a harmonious marriage between the disciplines of science and the concepts of humanities.

Remarkable how the principles of this piece still ring true.  Our streamlined, contemporary approaches are remarkable, yes, but they most often only validate what we kinda already knew . . .
