The classic blunder of using the SQUAT RACK (named this for it's main purpose, folks) for biceps. This was taken while we were waiting to, you know, SQUAT.
Meanwhile, please do not defend this twit because the gym (Gold's Gym Southie) – has SEVERAL other smaller racks for guys who want to curl, and on this particular day they were all completely available.
