While many of us see the endless posts, boasts and descriptions from amazing strength and physique competitors and think "man, that's a LOT to do," in reality all you need may be more about "who you are."
Credit for this idea actually comes from a blogger that arrived to me via a good friend who is a musician (and casual bodybuilder). I merely recreated it per the fact that the idea behind any pursuit of achievement is not about the "stuff," but more about the attitude of approach.
