I've learned a lot over the past decade of coaching The Next Level. But I have sort of a small brain, so if I don't share some of the stuff that's in there it gets really cramped. (And I hate – HATE! – brain cramps.)
So, what I have always done is take what I have learned and pass it on, as best I can. So the Next Level athletes come up with some new way of training and I pass it along to the regular folks. Or the Next Level athletes come up with some clever diet theory, and I pass it along to the regular folks. Was only a matter of time before that became a school unto itself, of which The Next Level was just a part of the puzzle.
Well, the PhysiQademy site is up, now, and taking enrollment from all you "non-bodybuilder-strongman" types. (Or for you types that wouldn't mind becoming a bodybuilder-strongman type some day.)
the site is a work in progress (just like The Nest Level's site), but in that "we want to keep adding stuff" way, and not that "we're not quite done" way.
It's damn exciting. And I'm looking forward to s few more "student athletes" enrolling. You know, so I can have other heads to start dumping into.
Mine is beginning to cramp again.
